Its tight grain gives a uniform appearance once installed and, like most hardwood options, it will weather over time if left untreated, gradually softening to a silver-grey finish. For those looking to retain its original colour, applying a Treatex Rejuvenator oil will help preserve and enrich the tones. 

As a natural material, some variation in shade and character should be expected across boards.
