What’s Included in Your Kit
Every 4 bay oak garage kit includes oak posts and beams, curved braces, kiln-dried pegs, pre-cut rafters, soleplates, studwork, treated featheredge cladding, granite staddle stones, and all required fixings.
Each frame is dry-fitted in our workshop, with numbered joints for straightforward assembly. Roofing can be finished with cedar shingles, oak shingles, tiles, or slates, and optional joinery such as garage doors, side doors, and windows can be added to your order.
Build & Delivery
Lead times for 4 bay oak garages are typically around 6 weeks. Delivery is available across mainland England and Wales, with charges based on size, weight, and location. Each frame is pre-assembled in our workshop and delivered with numbered joints for straightforward assembly.Â
Many customers choose to self-build or use a local contractor, but we can also recommend trusted fitters if required.
Planning & Building Regulations
All 4 bay oak garages require planning permission due to their size. Building regulations will also apply if the footprint exceeds 30m², if the structure is within 1m of a boundary and larger than 15m², or if the design includes habitable accommodation.Â
